Soon after the two sisters, Sónia and Cláudia Rocha, decided to join the family business of specialised shirts making, came the decision to create their own brand and Wolf & Rita was born. Based in the North of Portugal and embracing the use of classic techniques and the natural expertise that comes with experience, Wolf & Rita still maintains its family structure and most of its staff has been working in the company for more than three decades. The first collection, AW13 Indian Winter was made with fabrics already on hand and consisted primarily of shirts, naturally. SS14 A Song for a Perfect Summer was successfully received by both public and media, and was awarded the Bubble London Rising Star Award. Since then, the brand’s growth has been constant and our latest collection, AW24 Tales from the land and sea, is being sold in 80 stores, in 20 different countries around the world.
