Founded in 1979 by António Mineiro, Twintex began as a children’s clothing manufacturer for the Portuguese market before expanding internationally and shifting its focus to women’s fashion. Today, it is the largest apparel manufacturer in the Beira Interior region. With over 70 years of experience, Mr. Mineiro continues to guide the company, now led by his sons, Bruno (CEO) and Mico (COO). Twintex is a family-owned Portuguese manufacturer of high-quality men’s and women’s outerwear, employing over 300 people dedicated to craftsmanship, innovation, and environmental responsibility.
