Under the MODAPORTUGAL LINKS concept, the event reinforced its mission to bring young fashion designers closer to the national Textile and Clothing Industry (TCI), fostering a space for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and joint development. The initiative aimed to strengthen the link between creativity and production, helping to consolidate the position of Portuguese fashion on the international stage.
18 YOUNG DESIGNERS, 8 SCHOOLS, 6 COUNTRIES
The 2025 edition featured 18 young talents from 8 fashion schools across 6 European countries:
- Finland – Aalto University
- France – Institut Français de la Mode
- Italy – Polimoda
- Portugal – ESAD, Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, and Modatex
- United Kingdom – London College of Fashion
- Switzerland – HEAD Genève
These young creators took part in the European Young Fashion Designers Competition, presenting innovative creations that were evaluated by an international jury made up of representatives from the same competing countries.
